HAVEN Free Clinic provides care to uninsured adults in the Greater New Haven area. Please review the criteria below to see if you may be eligible for our services, or check whether your town is in our catchment area.
Eligibility Criteria
Age
Between 18 and 65 years old
Insurance Status
Currently uninsured with no health insurance
Previous Clinic Care
Have not been seen previously by a local community health clinic
Location
Reside in the Greater New Haven area
Health Conditions
No active cancer diagnosis or similar complex conditions requiring specialty management
Pregnancy
Not currently pregnant
